We offer telephone, email and Live Chat support to all users. For those users on a software subscription, we offer upgrades, updates and ongoing unlimited support.

For those users not on a subscription, we offer support for reactivating software and answering general queries. More complex support including login support and re-installation/ transfer of software, may be chargeable.
